Block Paint

While having fun changing the engine and transmission oil and filters I noticed a few spots on the engine blocks that have rust. Any recommendations on touch up paint/techniques before I spray everything down with CRC 656?

I use a rust converter (converts the rust to iron oxide- black) then touch-up with OEM spray paint.

I've used rustoleum high temperature spray paint with good results.
