Black marks on Dinghy from ratchet straps

Can anyone tell me how to remove these stubborn marks made from using black ratchet straps? I’ve tried magic eraser, dawn dish soap, degreaser, on and off…. I bought new set light in color not using black anymore. Dinghy only 2 weeks old. Thank you.

I had a similar issue. The sun slowly fades it. I did soak the straps and leave them in the sun a bit as well to keep them from future stains. I slide a towel under them now.
 
Thank you, today I tried bar keepers friend, WD40, alcohol and goo be gone and nothing lol.. this is a stubborn stain.. do not buy black ratchet straps..
 
Inflatable cleaner at west marine is the only thing I found to work. I would get some soot from the diesels and that cleaner would do the trick.

Tried the inflatable cleaner from west marine today and it did nothing. Glad it was only 14 bucks lol..
What do you men by diesel?
 
I had Cummins diesel mains. After a cruise from Tampa area to the Keys the dinghy would have some soot on it.
