I have a 99 21 bowrider. The bilge pump and float switch are fine. I have a cluster switch that includes the bilge, fan, depth, wipers, lights etc. The fan and bilge are on the left side of the cluster. Neither the fan or bilge light turns green when I push the button. Should that stop the power manually and automatically? I have had the boat for 5 years and the bilge operation has been touchy manually but worked on auto. The fuse cluster under the helm says all good. HELP
