Bilge pump and fan not working!

Hi all, my bilge pump and fan are not turning on. I have water in the bilge after a huge rain, boat was uncovered. Never had a problem with fan or bilge pump before. New battery and boat starts and runs. Probably unrelated issue: boat stalls out in idle pretty easily. Thanks!

OK, fuses were all blown on the EVEN number side only (2,4,6,8). Replaced the bilge pump because couldn't get it to work and the blower fan won't work either. Now the starter will not work, though I did have the boat running great for about 2 days after fuses replaced.

What in the world could have caused the even number fuses to blow and the bilge pump, blower fan and starter to all go at once? Very strange. This has been a very reliable boat otherwise, is there some kind of tell-tale electrical snafu that comes to mind? Thanks
