I have a 2003 320DA Sundancer. My bilge light on the bilge switch on the instrument panel stays on and my bilge pumps are not on? I have checked the breakers and even reset them and the light still is on and the pumps are not running? Can you provide me with some guidance on what could be causing this and how to fix it? I thank you in advance for your cooperation and assistance on this matter.

Have you had any work done on them lately? I crossed some wires replacing my shower sump pump and indicator lights showed it running when it actually was not.

The indicator light will come on when the bildge pump is running. If your pump is not running, perhaps the float switch is in the "on" position and the pump has burnt up because there is no water to pump? Check the float switch on the pump by manually raising it and see if it actually turns the pump on

In Two Deep, thank you for your response I am afraid you are probably right as I just got off the phone with the Sea Ray dealer and their service people echoed the same thing you stated. Not it is a matter of squeesing in the tight quarters and changing out the bilge pump? Thanks

That can be a challenge depending on your stature. And of course, the pump is in the bottom of the bilge. It is times like that when my child comes in handy. My guess is that something gummed up the float switch so you may want to examine that as well while you are in there. Good Luck!
