Bilge cleaner

My bilge is very clean from day one, i want to keep it that way,
what's a good bilge cleaner? and how do you clean it?
some bilge cleaners i read about want you to pour it in the bilge then let it sloush around will under way
then what??? mop it out???:huh::huh:

Bill, I throw about a cup of Dawn dish soap with 5gals of water in mine and then go for a wild ride. :smt001

Then I take the shore water hose to the bilge and let the bilge pumps pump it out. :thumbsup:

Don't the bilge pumps turn on with the 5 gallons???
And you only wash with fresh water on the bottom,not going near anywhere near the electrical i assume...Im sure dawn is environmentally safe...

Mine has a Green LED light on the dash that tells me if they are set on automatic or in Red if they are off. :thumbsup:

After sucking up the little bit of dirty sea water from my bilge and making her pristine, i found this in the water recovery tank that was sucked up near the bilge pump.
what the heck is this????????
