bilge circuit breaker pannel 30' searay weekender

I have been having pump problems and I looked at the breaker panel on the bulkhead, I have posted a picture of what I see, there are red buttons, and on the back, I have noticed one wire is not attached to anything. Since I have no idea what the red buttons are for , and I dont know where the wire goes, can someone please help me, before my boat sinks, because there is no activity pumping water out of the bilge

those are the main circuit breakers that supply power to various switches, check the switch at the dash for the bilge pump, then check for 12v at the brown wire of the pump. most automatic circuits are wired directly to the battery so check both wires of the float switch for 12v when raised up all the way
Also check the ground connections too
