After 5 years of operating normally one of my bilge blowers would not turn off when I switched the instrument panel circuit breaker to off. The next day the other bilge blower would not shut off. I tested the circuit breakers. They were both good. The orange power wires had good connections - each with good 12 volt reading when powered. The other side of each circuit breakers had two yellow wires and one red wire. The red wire led to a panel light. One yellow wire led to a wire bundle that appeared to lead to the bilge area and did in fact power a fan. The second yellow wire led to a wire bundle and appeared to lead to the DC house bus fuse panel which would explain why the fan does not shut off. This second wire had 12 volts when the house battery switch was on. Without pulling the wire bundle apart I cannot confirm where that second wire comes from. What am I missing? Where does that second yellow wire come from and why does it now show 12 volts.
