bilge blower switches

Just noticed that the blower switch at the helm is a single toggle switch, on/off, but it has two circuit breakers and two green indicator lights. When switch is turned on only the stbd side blower comes on and indicator lights up. I also have blower switch at the A/C panel in the salon. When I turn this on both blowers come on and both indicator lights come on at the ac panel and at the helm. Does anyone know if this is normal or do I have a wiring/switch problem at the helm. I'm sure all blowers should be on. Sounds like a switch issue at the helm.

not normal. both blowers should turn on with either switch
