If you had purchased $1,000.00 of Nortel stock one year ago, it would now be worth $49.00.

With Enron, you would have $16.50 left of the original $1,000.00.

With WorldCom, you would have less than $5.00 left.

If you had purchased $1,000.00 of Delta Air Lines stock you would have $44.00 left.

If you had purchased United Airlines, you would have nothing left.

But, if you had purchased $1,000.00 worth of beer one year ago, drank all the beer, then turned in the cans for the aluminum recycling refund, you would have $214.00. Based on the above, the best current investment advice is to drink heavily and recycle.

This is called the 401-Keg Plan

Most doctors would advise against that, but who listen's to the doctor's advice anyway?

I had options on the startup where I was working in 1999. If they had vested, they would have been worth several million. The idiots running the company ran it into the ground, then bought the company private for pennies.

I'm still waiting for my $800 refund... That's about all I'll have left.

Dear President , Congres, and senate.
I really made some bad business descisions and took some outragious cash dispersments this year. I'm thinkin maybe 3-4 mil will clean this up neat. We will pay you back when we are good and ready.

Aside from my usual disfunctional spelling issues how does it sound?
Mike
