Bertram to manufacture in Merritt Island

The local paper is buzzing that Bertram is going to announce tomorrow that they are moving their manufacturing facility to Merritt Island, FL. The location is a former Sea Ray factory on the barge canal. Great job news for our area and it will be great to have them.

I hope they keep with their sturdy built past and not try production builds.Happy there will be jobs for the neihbo hood too.

I guess when they get there the boats they produce there the motors will not fall out when they move them in yard not like the yellow 57 convertable that fell apart in Miami when both engines fell threw bottom of boat.
