Bellows? Water leak

small trickle of water coming form underneath the engine (4.3 Mercruiser) Almost thought it was coming out of the orange valve for winterizing but coming from behind that and running down the valve... Is this an easy fix? I have a feeling not.
Haven't gotten a mirror yet.
