Beeping whilst in gear

There is a problem with transmission engaging forward neutral and reverse. It sometimes doesn't engage the gear. There is a Beeping noise coming from gear and throttle control.

this is on a sundancer 410 with cat 3126 and ZF hurth - HSW800v2

If these are cable controlled transmissions, check the linkage and adjustments
If Fly-by-Wire . I dont know
