I pushed my reset button all day Sat and Sun on the TN. It doesn't take long to decompress on the water but the added hours are a plus!
It's amazing what a 41 mile run at 23mph can wash away. Just kinda blows the stress off. Only bad part was the river bar was closed on Mondays, so I fixed my own and came home
