Ok, this is my first post on here, as I am a new member. I traded my Rinker for a SeaRay and so far I LOVE IT! Anyway, I want to purchase some bedding for my forward bed. However it's one of those really odd shaped ones and I can't seem to find anyone that has or is making them. Should I resort to making a template out of an old set and then having some custom made? Want sheets, comforter and pillow covers too. Thoughts please?

Thanks
Lee

Lee...welcome to the site!! We are also on Table Rock. I know there are a few places you can order custom bedding. There is one member on here with a company, maybe he will chime in. We have just used regular fitted and flat sheets and tucked the excess. We just measured out widest point and bought the size sheets we needed based on that.

Thanks for the replies..."Wayne's World" you are correct! They are proud of those babies!! WOW!!

Bottom line.. thanks too for the post! Where do you dock at? I'm up near Baxter now, but moving it to "What's Up Doc" in July. I may have to take your route and just get some that are a little larger and tuck the extra in..

When we first got our boat. Denise fired up the sewing machine & made ours.
After seeing those prices. :smt021
They look & fit great. :smt001

I haven't made any for the boat yet but I have made 'theme' bedding for my sons room. I bought a decent sewing machine and practiced a bit and then tried it. They look awesome and my kid loves 'em. There are tricks of course but all the information is available online.
If you're not comfortable with that... go to the sewing store anyways and ask one of the 'pros' to put you together a set. They're fast and cheap... and their work is top notch.

HEY !!!, If you're single why bother with sheets then ??.
No single guy ever makes his bed. . :smt043 . :smt043 .

Hello Lee

Welcome to the Sea Ray family and CSR.

We make custom fitted sheets for boats, comforters and have other specialty products. All of our boat bedding is made from 100% Egyptian cotton material. As you may know, not all thread counts are created equal. Our cotton fiber quality, yarn size, finishing, and construction (including thread count) all contribute to the unique quality of our fabrics. As a result, our fabrics often best others with a higher thread count. Send me a PM (or info@yacht-outfitters.com) with your mailing address and we'll send you samples of the fabric so you can see the quality first hand. All of our bedding prouducts are also made here in the USA.

Thats exactly what we did....those prices are outrageous :smt009

Wayne's World... That's to funny!!! I know that's not the norm, but I am so picky it's not funny! Besides, you know if i made the bed it may be a positive impression for any nice ladies that make their way on the boat?? Or does that even matter??

Stephen; you have a nice site there, but I don't see anything about sizes for my boat. Do you already have templates made up? Or do I have to measure and draw a diagram?

You could let her make the bed.
This way you'll see if she's a good homemaker. . :smt043

Ahhh.. .Note to self... Whatch her make the bed to ensure she has the potential.. lol :smt043 I'll post pictures if and when I find one that will fulfill the duties..

Lee...we are at The Harbor, down on Indian Point. The sheets we found were Tommy Hilfiger with surfboards on then...so kind of nautical.

Lee you're a funny person with a good sense of humor.

Wayne.

In some cases we request basic measurements to build a pattern as everything is custom fitted to fit your exact mattress. We have the pattern for the factory 350 mattress though. Feel free to send a PM or call if you would like to discuss sheets for your boat.

Thank You!
Stephen
