Battery replacement

2007 Sundancer 40. Replaced all 6 batteries. Took picture before replacing so to make sure hook up is same. Starboard battery replacement works fine. Port motor/generator, motors start ok, generator has power but just clicks like a dead battery. Bow thruster, no power. Blue sticker on batteries original setup, orange stickers are new batteries

Silly question but did you double check that all of your connections are tight?

Why does the battery on the bottom right not have (I assume) a negative cable attached?

Did you physically look at the "pos" and "neg" indicators on the batteries?

Check for a breaker(s) that have been tripped - such as the one by your bow thruster battery post.

And, yes, as noted above, go around and see if you can physically move any of the connectors by hand. You don't have to be gentle.

Looks like the right two batteries are hooked in series, as if for 24VDC equipment. Is that for your thruster? If so, I agree with Lazy Daze comment that it looks like there's no negative connection on the bottom battery, which would explain why the thruster doesn't work at all.
