Battery recommendation

Got a 1981 SRV195 w MC 350 engine w old single battery. Wanting to rig up a dual w switch and charger but can’t determine what are the top quality batteries today.
On another post someone wrote Interstate and Diehards are now junk. I plan on buying two multi purpose AGMs.

Duracell AGM's from Sam's. Made by Deka. Decent enough. A little more $$$ than a FLA, last much longer especially with a good charger.

Unfortunately, they have gone up. Last year I paid $179 for G31's and saw them on sale for $149.

No kidding? I think I was paying $120 for flooded Duracell's 2 years ago! I swear I didn't see any AGM's under $200 at the time. I would have pulled the trigger had they been $149, no question.

I've got a different brand of Deka made AGM, placed in sevice in 2015, still going strong. I'm a convert to AGMs based on this. I was getting 2 maybe 3 seasons out of standard FLA.
