Battery charger

Went down to check on the boat and noticed the ac breaker was tripped and the charger was not working.We also have a small heater on the same circuit.Only used in the winter and up till now all has been fine.With both on it trips in 15 seconds.Disconnected the heater and the charger stays on but the volt meter on the panel only shows one side working.Took a reading and all batteries are fine,Might I have blown a fuse in the charger?Zanterx is the brand.Any ideas would be appreciated......

Hard to say on the C/B tripping could be a varitey of things, as far as the battery charger only showing one side. On mine I need to turn the key on for that engine to see the charge on it. Bob
