Well - the ProMariner 20 in my boat died this week. I'm not sure how old this thing is but it looks almost like it's original equipment. I've verified I have 110 volts at the charger input panel but there is no 12v output and the amber 12v present light no longer comes on.

So....I'm looking for a replacement. I have 3 batteries so assume I need a charger with 3 outputs and I currently have standard wet cell batteries but plan to switch to Optimas when these need replacing so I want the ability to change charging profiles.

I see the ProMariner ProSport 20Plus at WM for $189.00 - seems like a good price but I would like to have the remote display like Todd has on his.

So - any opinions here? I don't want to break the bank so I'd like to try and keep it under 300 total unless there is a compelling need to go higher. I plan to keep this boat for a while so I'm not looking to 'cheap' out too much.

just for fun check for blown fuse inside charger (disconnect your boat first!)

Call ProMariner with your Serial # and tell them it died.

They should offer you a new Charger for half of list like they did to me. I took advantage and opted to have them include the display as well.

Only the Pronautic series has the optional display.

I like the charger. I elected to get the ProMariner Pronautic 1240i

Good luck.
