Cannot go boating yet way up here in the great white north so started to hit the city's indoor pool (just to be near some water).

Thought I would check out the forum for anything new and caught the threads of other boaters with similar symptoms.

Unable to go and hug my boat but hooked on a couple of pics of her when put in storage.

50 days to go and counting.

I hear ya. I'm feelin' very

too!

I ordered some boat supplies today, so the 2010 season has officially begun!

Your baby looks nice and tucked in. I'm sure she too will be happy when nap time is over!

When I lived in Albany Ny, I could not take the long winter. Every Feburary, my Dad and I would drive the 14 hours towing the boat to Hilton head or North Mrtyle Beach. Even though its still cool there you can at least be out on the boat. I would stop at West Marine, buy some antifreeze and re-winterize before we headed north again. Most of the time we only spent a week but it was worth the drive. Finally, had to move further south. I feel your pain!

I am enduring,i went to my boat this past sunday and did a few things like installed a few pieces of trim in the cabin and installed both raw water pumps that i rebuilt two months ago, also new intake hoses and belts. My gf washed down half of the interior wood ,she had the heater in the cabin and it got up to 60 in there after three hours. It was 35 outside and not much better in the storage building .when i finished my toes were numb and the pains in my chest from lying on the carburetors were throbbing .I just put the seventh coat of spar varnish on the trim for the new transome door i had cut from 3/4" seaboard.here are a few pics of the boat i took while there.

I am in the process of checking out the ins and outs of a tv. Boat is wired for 12vdc but I may go the inverter route so I can use a laptop as well. Going to another boat show this weekend so the season has definitely started.

We are actually heading down to North Myrtle Beach area is a couple of weeks for some golf. But, I will be thinking about boating.

Now I am wishing I had access to mine to do a few little things but with the temp below 0 and more snow I guess I will have to take my frustrations out on the snow shovel.
