B&G Network problems

I still have the original B&G Network VHF in my Sea Ray 370EC but it is acting up on me now. Does anyone know where to get it serviced?
I am a new member and look forward to the association.

I had the same issue with my 1996 set. I used Google and found links to everything I wanted. For me I found it was either not worth getting repaired or was not repairable due to obsolescence.

Welcome! But I think you posted this in the wrong forum, this section is the classifieds (stuff for sale). You should repost or ask one of the Mods to move it into the Electronics forum... You will get more responses there on this subject.

The B&G VHF has a small battery incorporated into its circuit board. When it dies, the radio loses it memory and will do screwy things. The replacement must be soldered in place so try to find a B&G servicer to check the radio for you. Chances are, you'll end up with a $5 part and an hours labor to make it like new.
