Attaching a portable table to ski tow eye

Hey folks,

I have a 190 Sport. My wife and I like to sit on the sun pad facing aft and have a few drinks and appetizers. Has anyone seen a set up for some type of table you can have attach to either swim deck or maybe the ski tow eye? Looking for something portable, obviously. Not drilling anything or having a table back there while underway. I was thinking there could be some type of attachment that would fit the ski tow eye...Just wondering if anyone has seen anything like this or have any creative thoughts..

Another option might be a magma grill pedestal mount with a table mounted to it vs a grill.

if you have a swim platform why not just sit a cooler on the platform and use it as a table?.....also you would not have to get up when you are ready for another beverage.....
