Atlantic City Rendezvous 2010

The idea of a conspiracy or piracy, will only make the event more fun... It was a great time last year... And we are looking forward to seeing the old friends and meeting new... We plan on spending the week prior in Stone Harbor and Cape May then heading north to AC to for the weekend. If anyone wants to join us that will be great... I can't wait to meet 4 Suns (our number one CSR contributer), he backed out at last year to the disappointment of all... When you call AC just ask for the gang with Lill Krissy (Ron)... Ron is the leader of the Bargnet Bay Boater (BBB)... There is even a BBB marker in the bay...

Sue and I would like to come, but "Reward" will be landlocked in her lake. So we could come for the land activities. Grant (14) would come also. I'll get with you about what we can bring food wise...

Gary - we are goiing to fly up, so I can't bring the horse trailer.

Wow! That was quick....we've already gotten more boats for this year's rendezvous then we did last year....we're gonna need all of that F-dock T for the table of the gods.....especially with all the lobsters that Carter is going to bring with him....

Ron, if you don't get that F-dock T, there's gonna be a lotta folks that are gonna wanna have a werd with you.....

I think you need to have a series of contests/activities to make it worthwhile....

Like:

"Coolest Mod" (That would be the award for the dumbest mod surrounded by a BS explanation)

"Shiniest Brass" (For those who like to polish their gear)

"Ugliest Anchor"

"Most likely to be a stalker"

etc...

Why not a pole climbing contest (climbing not dancing), and to make things really interesting you have to climb up the pole carrying a snow blower (30 foot minimum)!

I believe there is a rule that states:

All pole climbing shall be done in the privacy of one's cabin.

It is doubtful that the Farley State Marina folks will take kindly to public displays of pole climbing.
 
Maybe we can organize a tractor pull, or get some good old fashioned car crushing going ;-)

A poker run....on the Jitney's.....just survivng the Jitney is an accomplishment in itself.

Honestly, I'd love to see Frank Webster on a Jitney.....
