Aquapoloza July 22 CSR meet and greet

Hey Morpheus who is your sales rep at MM? A friend of mine uses Brown Marine Service in Tarpon Springs he thinks they do a good job. I haven't used them yet, but when I do my 100 hour service thats who I will use and will let you know how they do. Your trouble down at MM in Clearwater almost sounds like the finance lady down there, just dosen't seem like they care. So who is going to the Marker 1 party on August 3rd?

Sales guy is Tom Aldrich, he's a great guy he has the same boat so he says. I can tell he feels bad about the whole ordeal.

The worst of it all the guy that was in service when I picked it up "Jeff" I asked him what do they do for the 20hr service. His response "They change the oil and oil filter and look over things." that's all I could get out of him. I'm so flippin pissed off.

You have a crappy finance lady too? MM in Clearwater finance lady thinks shes better then everyone else and unless you give her the impression that you are well off and are of the upper class she basically talks down to you and belittles you. Anywats M&T Bank got my loan business not MM.

Let me know how that 100hr service goes I definitly need someone else that will talk to me and tell me what they have done. I'm sure glad I didn't have to pay for this mess otherwise I might be in jail for assaulting a MM Service person.
 
Aquapolooza - what a joke....

I think me and Duke where the only one's that made it out. and even then within about 20 minutes of getting there our MM of clearwater folks packed it in and bugged out along with all the big boats that where parked right in fornt of the MM tent.

Storms where trheating to the North and South of egmont but nothing ever happened at Egmont.

Oh yah next time; word to the wise don't eat the sandwich. within about 10 minutes of eating the sandwich provided by MM crew I felt so sick to my stomach that I had to head in for fear that I had food posioning.

All in all I've had more fun being out their by my self than at this event. On a rating of 1 to 5. 1 being bad and 5 being great I'd give the event a goose egg "0".

Maybe we will need to plan a CSR event or better yet may be a monthly event where we can meet up at different destinations. Any comments.....
 
That sucks that it sucked, sorry I couldn't make it, I'm sure we could of made it a better event.

I like your idea, don't know if I could comitt to making every event but i'd try.

Would be great me for and other new boaters to get to know the area and nice places to go. I don't know how many of there are locally but if we could get bigger groups together I bet we might be able to swing some discounts at certain slips and stuff who knows.

I definitly like the idea though meeting fellow boaters, get new ideas of great places to go from you vet's and basically use my boat for what I bought it for (to have a darn good time).
 
Hey Morpheus I've spoke to Tom before because the private owner I bought my 260 from bought the boat from Tom. I know what you mean about the finance lady, because I talked to her a couple of times. I did my loan through Eastern Financial and got 6.75% interest. My sales rep at MM is Bob Zagers and he is a really good guy and just couldn't sell me boat because of how MM sells used boats.

What do you mean by "how MM sells used boats"?

My next boat will probably be a used 1 yr old 310 DA and I'd like to give Tom the business but if there are gonna be issues I'll have to go private.
