Maybe Marine Max needs to be retrained on customer service and marketing. IMO, they need all the goodwill they can get. I had a minor issue while vacationing in NJ and tried to give MM Brick some $ by having them look at my issue only to be told we have no space on our dock, we are short on mechanics, we probably don't stock the part you need and wont send a mechanic 1 mile away to look at my minor issue.
End result - Part picked up at a local supply house upon recommendation from Dockmaster 1/2 mile away from MM Brick location and I installed it. Elapsed time - 2 hours; Customer lost forever ..............

Kinda like them teeing to sell me my current boat on a contract that's 2 years expired and the owner knows and asked him to excuse himself from the deal but threatens a lawsuit if he sells it to me privately. Well he sold it to me private and 5 years later no lawsuit.

I signed up on there website as normal, Left the contact info blank.... Got in line, The guys setting up the boats told me to call on 72, I told him Radio wasn't working. I Blocked everyone behind me for 10Min. Final they let me and my friend in his boat in... There was only about 1/4 of the Boats. Had Fun, but not the Same... Now Hempstock the day before, Now that was Crazy Fun...

Yea I'm done with aquapooloza. But yes hemstock was outrageous this year. I got there about 11 and could only stay till 3 because I had a wedding but the time I spent there was nothing short of an amazing time! I had to drop anchor west of the entrance I could not get anywere mere the east side. Had trouble getting the dingy to the east. Good times
