I was looking for a GPH gauge for our 185 sport that would match as closely as possible the stock gauges, no luck, everything that's out there seems to require nema 2000. I'm not interested in converting the boat over to that system, too much money. I came across the Optio Fuel Flow Monitor on the internet and though its not the perfect solution it is the most viable I can find. Just wondering If anyone has tried one. I'd like to know how quickly it responds to sterndrive trim adjustments. Not only will the monitor give you GPH but shows your estimated range at current speed, and range at you boats optimal speed. I am mostly interested in the accuracy of the GPH readout. I only found one review online it was favorable, although there was learning curve for the reviewer and the unit itself. The learning curve for the unit seems to be in the fact it needs run time in order to accurately show range at optimal boat speed. Any info on this unit is welcome. Thanks
