Anyone out this weekend?

High tide yesterday looked like our normal low. I've stayed in the slip all weekend.

I did hear we have a small pod of dolphins hanging out near Jamestown Island, I would love to get out there and see them

Definitely a boating weekend. Only way to stay cool unless you wanted to stay indoors and watch tv!

We're hoping to get out -- one of the few weekends we've had available this summer -- but the weather doesn't look promising. Hopefully Hermine will head out to sea (riiiiight).

Well, my weekend will be spent between the house at low tide and the boat at high. Spring lines and extra stern lines will be the order of the day tomorrow. Along with bilge pump checks, sucking the bilges dry, and placing the cockpit cover on. It's going to be a very long weekend.

Gool luck to all those in FLA. Be safe

I will be heading out Saturday afternoon and returning Monday afternoon. Looking forward to a bit of floating around.

Yes, I'll be rafting up with friends in the delta all weekend (specifically, the bedrooms in potato slough if you're familiar with the area). Looks like it will be a beautiful weekend!

Was gonna do some fishing out of bodega bay but I think the ocean is saying no. Maybe hit SF bay if it's a little calmer.

When hurricanes hit the east coast, we get our current weather locked in for 3 or 4 days. Our cool, dry, sunny weather is here for a few days. I'm going to spend the morning washing the boat and get her ready for an evening with friends. Cocktail cruise and a nice dinner are on the agenda after a week spent volunteering.

Gonna spend the weekend on the boat fishing and partying, and go for a cruise to Manistee for dinner on Saturday. Any good places to eat there.

Mark, we have plans to head up to the Sassafras tomorrow and return Monday. As of now we still plan on going - winds though are looking like the problem with gusts to 30kt Pooles Island and north with 3 footers. That was in the afternoon. We're all planning on getting away from the dock by 8am. Hourly shows 16mph based on weather.com. Monday's forecast shows potential wind impact if this thing stalls and drifts back west.

heading out on the river to drop anchor and hopefully have a relaxing weekend on the Ohio. may be the last nice weekend of the year up here so hope to spend every bit of it on the boat
