Hey guys. Im remodeling my 1990 310 Express and want to go back with wood flooring. Looking for pics and advice on this subject. Thanks

Yes we did about six months ago bought the product from the east coast of Florida which is a laminate an 1/8th inch Marine plywood... looks like the original teak flooring!!!! total cost was about $1200, works well with about three coats of varnish, the challenge is finding someone that is cost-effective for the installation, we remove the carpet herself which was labor-intensive, I can send pictures if you're interested, I believe the materials cost was about $500

Yes and we love it, the total cost was about $1500 including stairways, looks great with about three coats of varnish, we removed the carpet ourselves and paid someone for the installation... the product was about $500 from the east coast of Florida I can send you pictures if you are interested

cant wait to see it installed smedley

I used an Armstrong vinyl wood. Gluing interlocks. Glues to floor. Forgiving. Easy to work with and inexpensive compared to real wood. No worries if it gets wet. Used a fabric in place of the carpet going up the sides where I could. Not near as fancy but updates the early 2000 look on a budget.

They have really cool Click lock Vinyl now that looks and feels like real wood. It's waterproof also. They came a long way...I'm putting it in my basement now.

We replaced our carpet with vinyl planks.

Good luck!

Funny... I met with a Nautik sales guy today. Nice looking stuff, but still not like real teak in my opinion and 10.00/ft for material.

Hello
I know this is an old post but do you have pictures of carpet rip out as you went along...not sure what to expect when we start it soon...any special tools/solvents you used would help as well..

Once the carpet was pulled (Which was a Pain in the Butt), I had to scrape / strip the old glue off. Be careful because any strippers will start to soften the floor if left on too long. After that, I used Plastic filler to smooth out the floor for the Lonseal. Lots of Sanding, then install of the new Floor.

Thanks. High end laminate, very labor intensive. Made the SR cabinets look like low end crap. lol

I am looking to replace the old wooded stairway to salon with the see-thru metal bracket on my 1995 370...can someone point me in the direction on where to buy?
