Anyone from Eastern Washington State?

CDA is a definite possibility! I think that could work!

How about scheduling it in the Tri Cities where we could venture up the Snake River through the lock at Ice Harbor dam?

Good boating waters, warm enough to swim in, usually pretty calm, and some great scenery. This pic was taken inside the lock just before we exited to go upstream on the Snake.

Here's one of the Corps of Engineers parks (Fishhook Park) on the Snake River.

This area is just upstream from Fishhook Park.

This area has some of the best boating in the PNW. Great launch ramps, easy access to the area from all directions, and it's all freeway driving to within a half mile of two very nice ramps.

We're easy and TRAILERABLE so just about anywhere works for us!

Would you guys mind a little boat tagging along? I could be the security escort!! LOL

Black, we'd love to have you along!! And we all started (well MOST of us) with "little" boats at some point and just moved up as we grew or the family grew. And a good patrol boat is hard to find!

How close are you to lake CDA? There are a few spots where you can camp or throw a tent out and tie the boat to the dock.

Im about an hour from CDA. Thats the downfall of a smaller boat, sleeping. I love camping, but sometimes it doesnt quite lend itself to working out... lots of homes or no beach.

What part of CDA? I have launched from blackwell island a few times. Its just a short trip to the resort from there.

There are places we can all meet, like Gasser point or the boat in campground on the West side. I can't think of the name, Mica Bay? I'm not sure and would have to look at a map! There is a boat launch at Mica Bay and it's about a half mile from the launch to the campground. Gasser point is a little farther, but a great place to hang out with lots of space and docks too.

We've got lots of time to figure it out!!

You are right about the time..LOL Thats pretty disappointing! Im not sure where Gasser point is, but I believe I have boated Mica bay.... I have a family friend that lives in Gotham (sp) bay.
