anyone cruising susquehanna river in williamsport pa?

is the river big enough for boating? i ahve part of the susquehanna that goes through where i live (binghamton ny) and you cant boat on it.

its about 300 yards across, and a 10 mile stretch beginning of summer (this time of year its always high.. channel is about 12-17 ft... towards the end of summer it comes down so bigger boats have to be careful..

is the waterway huge enough for sculling? i have a piece of the Susquehanna that experiences where i live and you cant watercraft on it.
