anyone convert i/0 to outboard 23 searay

can someone help me find a link to see if anyone has done this , considering converting one to outboard,,,,already have outboard and bracket , thanks

Saw one converted this spring. Looked like they used a sawsall. Cut back of boat down and put a sheet of plywood on the outside. Was about a 40HP with pull start. Steering was by motor handle. Looks like the cost was the sheet of plywood and the motor. I did not take a picture of it. Boat had registration number on it.

i was wanting to add bracket keep full transom, put 200hp outboard on it, of course remove old engine and drive and glass in hole
