Any thoughts on 2004-2007 420 Sedan Bridge?

I was originally looking at 1998-2002 40' Sedan Bridge, but have decided to look at the next version of that boat, specifically 2004-2007 years. It seems that the model changed for 2004. There was a design refresh (most notable to me are the larger, down-sweeping salon windows), a slightly longer LOA, and it's after the balsa core hull era. It means I will be spending more up front, but I am feeling very comfortable with the change.

Does anyone have thoughts about the model I am now considering? Are there any known issues to look out for? Any thing that is much improved, or worse than the previous version?

Somewhere on here AlexF wrote a story about the exact same scenario. He started intending to buy a 400DB, but after a bad experience attempting to buy one he moved to a 2005 420DB. If you can find that thread your might find a lot of insight.
