I was elected to our HOA Board as the treasurer. There are six total members plus the representative from the HOA Management Group that runs the place. As you can imagine, there is a large number of emails that goes back and forth between us. I have all their emails in my address book but it gets to be a PITA to load all six email addresses into an email I want to send. Does anyone know if there is a way to lump all six emails into one email address so I only have to click on that one address when I want to send out an email? Thanks
Add them to your contacts then create a group and add members. Then, when you want to email the group...just type "HOA Board" or whatever you named it. It will combine them all.
When you click on your contacts list, you will see "All" and "Lists". If you click on Lists it will bring up all your lists of course, but it will also give you a choice to build a list. Once you populate your list, you can name it and then when you click on that name in your contacts it will send your email to everyone on that list. I have YAHOO mail. Thats the way it works, but I imagine all email services have some feature like that.
as another option - create a new email with everyones email addresses.. close it and answer yes to save it as a draft. Then go into your drafts folder and highlight that email. copy paste to create duplicates - several of them. so copy paste paste paste etc. When you want to send an email to the group, open up one of those drafts and start typing.
Thanks to each of you for the info you provided. My Outlook header is different from what you guys showed but by combining what each of you put down I was able to get it done. Thanks again, GFC
