To clarify, not everyone living around Columbus is a Buckeye maniac. I'm a transplant from Cleveland, and I don't really share the enthusiasm (read: insanity) of most of the locals here.
More importantly, there isn't much boating here. I am looking into getting Columbus moved closer to a decent body of water.

I had some great times boating around Columbus when my sister and her family lived there. Boating was a nice passtime, but other aspects (read the insanity) were hard to take.
I'm more of a BLUE type of a guy, if you get my drift, though transpanted here in Iowa.
Welcome to CSR. This is a great source of information and, especially during the long winter months (was 2.5 degrees this am) it's a great source of inspiration.
