I used to build storage tanks. Some of my inspectors would send me pictures of the tanks from above. They used to get a lift from the crane to take the picture. Did not use a basket. Crane with reach was up to 180 feet. I could not do it. roller coasters were OK if they were not too high. Look at the structure in the picture it is only 2 and 3 inch steel.
