Obama's illegal uncle arrested; 'Uncle Omar' almost hits cop car, tries to call White House
http://www.washingtontimes.com/blog/...uncle-omar-hi/

*Clarification: Onyango Obama nearly hit the police car. He did not actually hit it, according to police reports.
-------
A number of media outlets have already reported that an illegal immigrant from Kenya by the name of Onyango Obama, 67, was arrested last week on Wednesday after he nearly rammed his SUV into a police car in Framingham, Massachusetts.

--------

Metrowest Daily first reported Onyango Obama's arrest:

-------- He was later charged with DUI among other violations. I spoke to Framingham Public Information Officer Lieutenant Delaney who told me that when Onyango Obama was asked at booking if he wanted to make a telephone call to arrange for bail, the Kenyan immigrant replied: "I think I will call the White House."

It should be noted that the Times of London, highlighted an Onyango Obama during the 2008 presidential campaign, when the British daily found President Barack Obama's "Aunt Zeituni" living in Boston illegally.:

I have been searching Fox CNN MSNBC ABC CBS and I cant find this story:huh::huh:

I'm just wondering why we not seeing this on the "ticker"....must be Bush's fault!

Fox news and national review.
All is explained now.
None of the Democratic news agencies (ABC,CBS,CNN,NBC, NYTimes, WashingtonPost, etc.) are brave enough to post it.

What's that mean:huh: If it it happened I think it's "news worthy" and he should be treated as if it were you or I that did the crime....What say you?

Yup. "News Worthy".

Yup. That's the ticket. The comments on the linked article are priceless.

You mean like this one.."What a strange strange situation America has got itself into. 20 years ago we (as a country) could not even contemplate not knowing who (Obama) this man is. but today we elect some foreign mystery figure. Because of the entertainment industry (Oprah) we have elected a foreign communist that we are not even sure of his family or roots. It is truly a sad day in America and the end of America and it's exceptionalism."

Or this...

"And still the mainstream media displays no curiosity whatsoever about Barry, his family, his past girlfriends, what he did in college, where he came from originally. Really remarkable, in light of the interest they show in the personal histories and lives of other public figures who have less control--WAY less--than he does."

Or this...

"From what I heard they would have better luck if they searched for old boyfriends, starting with the gay bath houses in Chicago."

Public figure= News Worthy and no special treatment!

None of the Democratic news agencies (ABC,CBS,CNN,NBC, NYTimes, WashingtonPost, etc.) are brave enough to post it.

Actually I doubt if bravery has much to do with it, more I would speculate is "Money" It has become synonymous to equate "democrat" to hand out, and before anyone gets there panties in a wad visit some poor counties in Virgina, West Virginia and elsewhere and see how many will vote a straight democrat ticket, makes no matter who is running for office or qualifications.

Why does one believe that so many in the entertainment business proclaim to be democrats while getting rich off of the poor. You can bet most are watching their wealth by using conservative principles. Same as most of the wealthy democrat politicians.

Who buys the movie DVD, music, liquor, beer, cigarettes etc. One may be poor but they can enjoy simple pleasures, this is not to say that those with money do not buy these same products, just that the marketing folks pander to those who have very little, thus many often obtain a mindset of the democrats are going to take care of me.

It is a cycle which needs to be broken, but I see no light at the end of the tunnel, this term "entitlement" somehow has become a mainstay, so much so that I often tell some one to just watch when major catastrophe does come along you will see people standing out on a street corner who will starve to death waiting on someone to bring them something to eat, no wherewithal

We have or are for the most part becoming a nation of fat lazy individuals, both mentally and physically.

The term ignorance is bliss should be our new motto.

Most people have no idea about how or what it takes for a society to exist.

FloridaMax: Yup. . . those.. . priceless!

Psuodomind: I am not sure where your rant is going. . . .so I can't comment. Except in general I agree. Note that "fat and lazy" also applies to the upper end of the income bands, which put similar deep thought into their voting preferences.

"We have or are for the most part becoming a nation of fat lazy individuals, both mentally and physically."

I do not recall referring to any group or voting preferences, maybe the word "we " has a different meaning then what I am use to?

And really is not a rant, it is comical too watch the media divide something important into two groups and create divisiveness over the two groups and not the actual issue(s). Then the sheople follow along, just a damn blame game.

Where was the media to comment when a grip of congress men were talking about people complaining about social security benefits being lost.

It sure would have been nice if the media, had stated something to the effect of "wait a minute as members of congress do not receive social security or pay into it, so what gives you any rights to comment about it?"

Seems a whole lot of people are still having regular social security deductions being withheld, but here again congress does not have to worry about this, lets fix the issues.

Represent the people.

Bye

Sorry. . I must have misread your post.

Rereading. . .yes. . .you associated handouts with democrats, but you do indeed call everyone "fat and lazy".

Now. . .I agree more fully with your post. :)

My rant is how few "journalists" go beyond the "he said - she said" style of reporting. And anyone who calls out one person or another for lies is instantly labeled as partisan. (and in fact. . .most of them ARE partisan, but still). . .anyhow. . .enough ranting. It's 5pm somewhere. Oh wait. . .it's after 5pm HERE. . .

. . .later!

Now with that I wholeheartedly agree. Lets fix the issues not create issues to argue about avoiding the issue

I'm a little late to the thread but.....I must say that this is one example of what is wrong....so much BS is passed around it's a wonder anyone knows what's correct and what isn't. There is plenty to be dissatisfied with but it seems so many are wasting their time on crap passed around like the latest garbage chain e-mail. At a time when virtually any info you need is literally a click away:smt024 people still don't know what they're talking about.

So, the other day I'm at this local cheap chinese joint, for lunch.

I've been there a number of times, so I think the girl behind the counter remembers me. She speaks broken english with some sort of asian country as her primary language. Her coworker(/friend/relative/?) speaks much worse english, so much so, I can hardly understand him when he speaks and the 2 times he's spoken to me, she's sometimes had to translate for me parts of his conversation.

He holds up this chinese newspaper, with a picture in the center of the page of some black person. I have no idea who it is, nor what he's saying about this picture. She translates for me that her friend, thinks it's not right that this Uncle of Obama's is allowed to remain in the country as an illegal immigrant, even after he is charged with DUI. He said that he should be required to follow the regular immigration process like everyone else that wants to come to this country or be deported. He shakes his head after she's done translating that to me, and goes back to the kitchen to cook some more orders up. So, this made other news media outlets other than Fox.

I thought it was interesting to hear this from these asian immigrants. I have no idea if these people are US citizens or not. I'm assuming they are, but maybe not. It was just interesting to hear how this upset these people that were probably not born in this country.

My partner has been in China for the last 3 weeks. His hottie Chinese (now American Citizen) has to translate for him also. She has spent the last ten years going through all the "hoops" and just recently granted Citizenship! He calls me every day and tells me of another restaurant they eat in with different people talking about how they dislike this administration! They actually say a lot of other things that I am not willing to say...lol I am kind of surprised.
