Another friend bit the dust

VERONA, N.Y. - A Vernon man was killed after an accident on Route 31 Monday night. State Police say Kevin A. Durant, 40, was headed south on Route 31 at 5:50 p.m. when he passed a vehicle in front of him. When Durant tried to pull back over into the south bound lane he lost control of his truck. Durant was partially ejected from the truck and when it overturned it landed on top of him.

Durant was extricated at the scene by members of the Vernon Fire Department Rescue Team, and then transported to the Oneida Healthcare Center by Vineall Ambulance where he was pronounced dead.

Thanks Guys, His family isn't very lucky at staying alive.

A few years ago his brother Jim was unloading a bulldozes and it slid off the side of the trailer and crushed him.

Then their father Dick got killed in a dump truck accident a year after that.
