Somehow or other this movie slipped under my radar when it was released in 2002. It's called MADISON and is the true story of Hydroplane Racer Jim McCormick and the city of Madison Indiana who won the right to host the Gold Cup Hydroplane races in 1971 and who fielded their own boat as well.
I rented the movie last night and was impressed by all aspects of it. I give it four thumbs up........it's really that good. So if you are looking for a good boating movie to rent, check this one out. It's an excellent movie the whole family will like. But rather than expound on it any more, you can go to this link and read about it for yourself. Be sure to click on the "Watch Trailer" as well.
