Alan Jackson's yacht

Today we say "neon rainbow" go by, about an 80 ft. garwood??? just beautiful and right behind it was "cadillac" with some crew I suppose aboard. He is in town -- Clayton, NY, tomorrow, Saturday is the auction. He has 5 boats in the auction; niether of the above mentioned are in it, but the ones that are in, are simply gorgeous and in pristine condition. The town is hopping and supposedly he will be around tomorrow. All procedes go the Antique Boat Museum and he is a big supporter of it obviously. So hats off to him!
 
I wanted to take a few pictures of Cadillac when it was up here, but their were a few people on it and I didn't want to intrude. I love that style boat.

The up keep must be huge with all that wood.
 
Alan and Denise have three kids who attend the same school my two went to; they were/are extremely generous. They once gave a restored Chris runabout to auction at a school fundraiser. I guess you saw the garage in the sales promo piece for his estate -- he also donated a Ford GT to the school, which was auctioned nationally online, and brought in six figures for the school.
 
Well, all 5 of his boats did sell at the auction. Neon Rainbow and Catillac (with a T, not a D) were present, but not for sale. The larger yacht, is a Berger, not a Garwood as I previously stated. Both are in pristine condition. So beautiful.

I'm new and need to introduce myself/add a signature but this past spring break when sailing down to key west Paul Allon had Tatoosh parked outside the island... It looked more like a cruze ship then a private yacht. Heli pad with chopper on it, 40 ft sail boat on top, 40 ft power boat as well.

Here is a short video of her, all 301 ft!

We passed by Paul's yacht when we took delivery of our boat last March. It was docked down in south St Pete Florida. What a boat!!!
