My large friend pulled the starboard seat out and must have bent the track that the seat retracts into. This is the seat that reclines and makes a bed between it and the aft bench.

I have a 2004 Sundancer and need some opinions on how to repair it. I'm thinking of just having our marina replace the track - but thought i'd ask first.

This is one of those things that's going to be very hard to help with without seeing it first hand. Even pictures won't help too much since they really won't show the whole... well.... picture.:smt001 If you're handy, though, you could try disassembling it and see what you're up against.

Did your friend forget to use the drop-down support leg?

It was a combination of yanking on it (in an upward motion), not putting the support leg down (he is all of 6'4" and 220lbs) and shoving it back in when we were done for the night.
