Advice on 270 Sundancer Purchase

Many of you may have read my question on shipping quotes. Well, I have the opportunity to buy a 1988 270 Sundancer with T/V6's, no air or gen and no trailer. Boat looks in great shape. $7000 + transport. I hate finding great deals that aren't close where I can look. It's a risk without survey but my gut's telling me to go for it. 800 hours on motors.
