I am wanting to add a steering console to my Mercury 320 RIB. In searching for them there are a lot of options out there but not many that are actually a great fit. This one is by Mercury and may be my best option, but I just wanted to see is anyone else has done this and are happy with what they did?

I had my RIB optioned with it and it's great!

What do you do now for control -- manual trim and tiller?

Just wondering if you plan to upgrade to an OB that is already set up for remote control, or upgrade your current setup?

I currently have an F15 15hp Yamaha that is a standard tiller setup, but can accept controls. I am on the fence whether to upgrade to a 20hp w/electric start or not given the 15 is a year old. But either way I want the controls because this dinghy is much deeper then my last one. I don't have the rear seat installed because I like to sit (lay) sideways and just putter around with my dog. My wife will sit on the forward compartment and put her feet on the forward seat. But the issue is now this new digyny is deeper then my old one and I need to use multiple cushions to sit like that and it's not as comfortable on longer rides as it use to be.
