adding a 09 bow seat to an 08

Has any one looked into this? I started looking into if there is any major hurdles other then filling in the old speaker holes and making new ones as well the color coding that my boat comes with. If any one was thinking of this have you got a price for that seat yet?

What do you mean by "bow seat?" Are you talking about a bow filler cushion which is inserted between the seats converting the bow area into a sunpad?

no im talking about adding a seat in 08 the seat was smaller and in 09 they made a much nicer seat

I thought about it, but never bothered. Figured I wouldnt use it... My kids tend to kneel on the front looking at the water, so it would probably be useful for us. I would imaging the dealer could get you some quotes. I think the price will be eye opening though.... i could be wrong, but these extra's always seem to cost alot.

I have an '08 and i think the speakers in mine are where the 2009 verison is located, so i dont think i'd need to drill new holes for them. if you find out the cost, post it. alot of folks will be interested.

ok i got a price and its the same price for the 08 seat as the 09. I didn't write any prices down but these are close to what my dealer said high $600 to low $700. For that cost its worth going with the 09 due to a much nicer seat. I'm going to have to move the speakers around but i think i'm going to do it, by doing it i take advantage of all the capacity of the seating.

The front bolster may come really close to covering your old speaker holes.The grab handles are in the same place they just moved the speakers to the other side.

The cost of the seat was $699 IN Sacramento CA
