Accumulator tank

I own a 2000 Searay 460DA that the washer stopped working.
The owners manual mentions that the water shut off for the washer is located by the accumulator tank. Looking through the documents I can't find where the accumulator tanks is located. I removed the panel under the sink, nothing there...I would like to be able to use the water system while the washer is being repaired....Thanks

On mine the tank is behind the refigerator, but I don't remeber seeing any valves, I don't think they put a valve on any of the water lines. Bob

Our 450 has a tank that I just had to modify. It is in the engine room.Kinda looks like a propane cylinder...
