I bought a used 2001 340 Sundancer about a year ago. Not my first boat but will probably be my last. When I bought it I already knew it needed a bunch of work, looked like it has been neglected for a few years. I guess I really just wanted something to do.

Had the bottom painted right away and had the packing glands replaced. Had all the canvass replaced over the course of the past year. There is still a bunch of small things that need to be fixed. The engines seem alright for now, just over 600 hours and the v-drives are OK.

I realized after typing this that I really have not taken any pictures of the boat lately here are a few from when the bottom was done and one far away shot after the canvass was complete.

I'll take some more when I get a chance and post them here.

Hello to everyone!

Welcome to CSR. Congrats on the new 340. I had two different 330's and loved both of them. They're a great boat to cruise in or just hang out and enjoy your day on the water.

Welcome to CSR! and what a great boat to make a project out of. Good luck!
