This weekend we ran on my boat 100 miles north into Canada to my Aunt and Uncle's Island with my Father in-law, my Cousin and Other cousin's Husband. It was a good trip, very wet, but good none the less. We got some maintenance done from fallen trees and clogged water supply from over the winter. Sadly they are considering selling it :smt089 so it may be one of the last horrahs
Here's a couple pics and a picture of nearby Pender Harbor.

Looks like a neat place. How do you enter Canada on the water, as far a immigration?
It's very. We launched the boat in Anacortes WA, Traveled across into Canada to Bedwell Harbor, walk up the dock, picked up the "Customs Phone"(located in Sydney, BC) answered a couple questions and they gave us a clearance #. This time weather was horrible for the return trip so we trailered back on my uncle's trailer. (I won't bore you all with the details of how that all happened), but it was a great trip. Sadly Dave it will be sold. My Unlce just had a knee replacement and the physical requirements for maintenance, upkeep and continuing projects has become cumbersome for them, despite the willingness from us relatives to assist as much as possible. No-one has the kind of free/vacation time needed to commit to it like they have.

It is has been an dream location to be privelaged enough to be invited to and we have enjoyed it and appreciated their invites more than they know.
