A little engine trouble

Anyone know what would cause this? Seems fine at idol. After this went to full throttle and RPMs went to 4500 but slowly came down to around 3800 and stayed there with no alarm but wouldn't go back up.

I couldn’t get your video to play but from your description of events I would start with making sure you have enough fuel pressure.

What model SeaRay do you have and what is it powered with?

That sounds like the ignition cutting out. Your hear the engine stumble, it's not a surging like I would expect with a fuel issue.
