A death out of my marina

Not sure how many of you saw my great 4th of July video that I put on youtube, but if you did I pointed out a stingray in the video (that was his delivery day and the day he hit me while I was sitting in my slip). Well sat they took their boat out and anchored, or should I say beached it, in Croton harbor. They were in about croch deep water. They had a lot of people on the boat and were having what looked like a good time. They were there for about 3 hours when one of the guests on the boat decided to dive off the boat. That guest died when he broke his neck hitting the bottom and drowned before anyone knew what happened. Not sure what he was thinking diving into water that people were standing in. I have a hunch that a little too much drinking took place. Sorry for a downer post but hopefully everyone will remind their guest to watch where they dive.
