HI GUYS
MY SEARAY SUNDANCER 24 DA 2004 I NEED TO BUY STEP DOWN TRANSFORMER FROM 230 V DOWN TO 110V TO RUN MY A/C UNIT ANY IDEARS WHAT I WOULD NEED TO RUN UNIT WOULD 1500 WATT START IT UP OR WOULD I NEED A LARGE TRANSFORMER

You'll need a larger transformer more along the lines of 2 to 3 KVA, which will be pretty heavy. I thought you were going to change out the AC unit for a 230 VAC model? Might be less costly.

cheers for info still want to change unit but need to sell the one i have to put towards it . just looking at opitions might even put evspacher on it if i can get one for wright money heating on boats seem to be a lot of money
