'99 5.0L 210BR oil weight and capacity

Anyone know the correct oil weight and capacity for a '99 5.0L EFI Mercruiser 210BR?

The manual states Quicksilver 25W-40 oil (not sure if this still the recommended weight) but there is no mention of the capacity in any of the manuals I have. I will, of course, also be changing the oil filter.

my 2003 5.0 mpi says 5.25 quarts, the older carbed version said 5.0 quarts including the oil filter.
